President Human Resources
Lauren is President Human Resources for Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand.
An accomplished HR practitioner, Lauren has more than 20 years’ experience in large organisations across professional services, mining, legal services and supply chain logistics.
Previously Linfox Logistics General Manager Human Resources, Lauren has oversight of Linfox’s people strategy across Australia and New Zealand, having led its development to underpin Linfox’s broader Leading the Way 2025 business strategy.
Lauren and her team ensure Linfox remains competitive, agile and resilient in a rapidly changing and complex external environment. Lauren is accountable for competitively positioning Linfox as a preferred employer and has oversight for all elements of the people lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, onboarding, succession, leadership, development, diversity and inclusion, performance, culture, engagement, operational training, HR services and HR business partnering.
The Human Resources team supports Linfox’s operations across Australia and New Zealand, which employs more than 10,000 team members.
Lauren was awarded the Linfox Logistics Chairman’s Award in 2022, recognising her outstanding performance, leadership and the strong delivery of key strategic imperatives.
Prior to Linfox, Lauren was Head of People and Development at Allens Linklaters and held various senior HR roles with Newcrest Mining Ltd and Accenture.
Lauren is a graduate of the London Business School, having completed the Senior Executive Program. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), a Graduate Certificate in Change Management (AGSM) and a Bachelor of Commerce (major in Human Resource Management)/Bachelor of Arts (major in Public Relations) from Deakin University.
