President Retail
Simon is responsible for Linfox Logistics’ Retail operations across Australia.
Simon manages supply chain solutions for leading grocery and department store retailers across the nation.
The Linfox Retail business unit operates 24/7, providing warehousing and distribution services including primary and secondary freight, warehouse management and home delivery solutions. The Retail team’s expertise spans grocery, hardware and general merchandise, managing multi-temperature, freezer, chiller, fresh and ambient goods.
Simon has held multiple roles since joining Linfox in 2010.
He was awarded the Linfox CEO award in 2016, recognising his outstanding performance and leadership, in line with Linfox values and strong delivery of key strategic imperatives.
That year, Simon was appointed to the Linfox Logistics senior leadership team as General Manager Resources and Industrial East, where he led transport solutions for the resources, mining, oil and gas, industrial and infrastructure sectors, before moving to General Manager Retail in 2019 and President Intermodal in February 2022.
Prior to Linfox, Simon worked in a variety of roles at Toyota, BP and BHP.
Simon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.
