Linfox has two governing Boards chaired by Peter Fox: Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand and Linfox International Group. Both Boards include key representatives from finance, government, legal and business. Founder and Executive Chairman

Lindsay Fox AC
Lindsay Edward Fox was born on 19 April 1937 in Sydney, Australia and went to school in Melbourne at Prahran State School and Melbourne High School.
The son of a truck driver, Lindsay left school at the age of 16 and bought his first truck when he was 19. Today, Linfox is one of the largest Australian-based transport and warehousing groups with operations in 10 countries.
Lindsay has extensive involvement in Australian and international circles and apart from his business interests is well recognised and active in sport and charity work.

Peter Fox AM
Peter Fox AM is the Executive Chairman of Linfox Pty Ltd and Executive Chairman of Armaguard. He held a wide range of roles across the Linfox business in operational and management positions before his appointment as Executive Chairman in 1993.

Andrew Fox
Andrew Fox is a Non-Executive Director of the Linfox Australia Pty Ltd, Linfox International Group Pty Ltd and Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd boards. Andrew is the Managing Director of Linfox Property Group Pty Ltd, a director of Fox Group Holdings Pty Ltd and numerous other subsidiaries.

David Fox
David Fox was appointed Non-Executive Director of both the Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand Board and the Linfox International Group Board in 2020.
In January 2001 David was appointed to the role of Managing Director, Linfox Airports Pty Ltd, and then in 2008 appointed Executive Chairman where he currently oversees the airport management and business opportunities.

Mark Mazurek
As CEO Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand, Mark is based in Melbourne and responsible for leading the largest privately-owned logistics company in Asia Pacific to achieve its vision to be Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted logistics partner.

Michael Pickard
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Michael is responsible for the finance and commercial function across Australia and New Zealand. Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in senior management and finance roles in the logistics, office supplies and pharmaceutical sectors.

Mark Whitworth
As General Counsel and Company Secretary Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand, Mark is responsible for providing legal advice to the Linfox Board, CEO and business functions across Australia and New Zealand.
In his capacity as Company Secretary, he provides guidance on financial, compliance and governance matters for the Linfox Board and the business generally.

Bill Kelty AC
Bill Kelty AC is a Non-executive Director of the Linfox Group, bringing more than 30 years' experience in industrial relations.
He is also Director of Virtual Communities and Director of Luna Park, Melbourne.
Bill was awarded a Companion of the Order of Australia in 2008 and has a degree in economics from Latrobe University in Victoria.

Janine Ferguson
Janine Ferguson is currently the Company Secretary of Linfox Pty Ltd, Linfox International Group Pty Ltd, Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd and Joint Company Secretary of Linfox Australia Pty Ltd.
Janine has significant experience in company secretariat, corporate governance, financial, wealth management and advice to private family groups.

Howard Critchley
Howard Critchley is a Non-executive Member of the Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand Board, with over 35 years’ collective experience in logistics, FMCG and industrial sales and marketing.
Howard’s impressive experience in the logistics sector includes 10 years of multiple CEO roles within CEVA, the world’s second largest integrated logistics company (formerly TNT Logistics) and Eagle (EGL) Logistics.

Dennis Richardson AC
Former Secretary of the Department of Defence, Dennis Richardson, brings invaluable foreign affairs and government experience to the Linfox Australia Pty Ltd Board.
From 2012 to 2017, Dennis served as the Secretary of the Department of Defence, following almost three years as the Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Mark has more than 25 years’ professional experience in supply chain and logistics, including senior management roles with Linfox, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, and Pacific Brands.

Former Australian Trade Minister Simon Crean brings great expertise and knowledge to the Linfox International Group Board.
Simon has had a distinguished career in Australian Government since 1990 serving as Deputy Leader of the Australian Labor Party and holding a range of key ministerial portfolios including, appropriately, Minister for Trade, Minister for Employment, Education and Training, Minister for Science and Technology and Minister for Primary Industries and Energy.

Laurie D’Apice
Laurie is President Human Resources for Linfox Logistics in Australia.
Laurie has extensive experience in Human Resources, Operations and Employee Relations. His career spans more than 25 years and includes work at some of Australia’s leading blue chip enterprises including Qantas, Hawker De Havilland, Mayne Nickless and Aussie Home Loans.

Doug Fryer
As President Government and Defence, Doug is responsible for managing warehousing and distribution services for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) across Australia.

Greg Thomas
As President Retail, Greg is responsible for managing warehousing and distribution for leading grocery and department store retailers in Australia.

Scott Nicholls
Scott leads the Resources and Industrial business unit, which provides adaptable end-to-end supply chain solutions to some of Australia’s largest industrial, mining, oil and gas companies.

Damain Bishop
A senior executive with more than 25 years' global experience, Damain is responsible for delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions for some of the world’s best-known FMCG and healthcare brands.

Simon Livingstone
Simon is responsible for Linfox’s Intermodal operations across Australia. He oversees the provision of interstate transport by road, rail and sea. These services are available to all Linfox customers, including those in the Consumer and Healthcare Group, Retail, Resources and Industrial sectors and Linfox Intermodal’s own customer base.

Misha Shliapnikoff
As President BevChain, Misha leads Linfox’s specialist beverage logistics business in Australia and New Zealand.

Shivika has over 15 years of leadership experience across Asia-Pacific in diverse industries.
Her experience and expertise are in transforming and changing HR functions, building business focused HR strategies and delivering effective operational HR processes.

Tony Pendleton
As Director of Supply Chain Solutions and IT, Tony is responsible for leading digital strategy and creating digital capabilities to transform logistics operations and improving business processes with forward-looking technology throughout Asia.

Mark Rowley
As Director of Security & Compliance, Mark is responsible for the implementation and management of Linfox’s regional security strategy and programs.

Saj Iqbal
As Country Manager, Saj is responsible for Linfox Logistics’ business operations in Thailand.
Saj brings with him over 20 years’ experience and significant expertise in FMCG and commercial logistics.

Scott Croll
As Country Manager and General Director, Scott is responsible for leading the company’s strategy and business operations in Vietnam and the Mekong Region.

Roger Bayley
As Country Manager, Roger is responsible for the Linfox logistics business in India. He has over 30 years of experience with Linfox, with extensive experience in Asia logistics operations.

Albert Davidson
As Country Manager, Albert is responsible for Linfox Logistics’ business operations, strategy and growth in the Indonesia and Malaysia market.
Albert brings with him over 15 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific region in senior operations, commercial and business development roles across multiple sectors within the logistics and transportation industry.

Scott Morgan
Based in Vientiane, Scott Morgan joined Linfox Laos in 2018 as Country Manager. Scott is responsible for Linfox Logistics’ operations in Laos. Scott has 25 years’ experience in senior operations management roles in the transport and logistics industry.
