About Linfox Operational Training
Every year, more than 7,000 Linfox team members and external learners gain leading industry training in transport and logistics.
Linfox Operational Training (LOT) provides accredited and non-accredited training to all Linfox employees and a small range of courses to the public across Australia.
Non-accredited training has been tailored to meet Linfox’s operational needs and align with all company standards. Courses range from company inductions, safe work procedures on various types of equipment, defensive driving, manual handling, fatigue awareness, train the trainer and many more.
Being an approved Registered Training Organisation (RTO) as well as an approved licence provider allows us to provide nationally recognised accredited training to our people. This training empowers our people to make improvements within their workplace, opens opportunities for further education and career development and provides national recognition to under-skilled workers.
To ensure high standards are met, Linfox Operational Training operates a certified quality management system that complies with International Standards Organisation (ISO9001) standards. These standards cover the design and development of Linfox mandatory training and assessment for Australian operations, inclusive of the provision of approved courses for heavy vehicle and forklift licensing in Victoria.
