President - Finance
Mark is President Finance, including Treasury and Shared Services functions.
Mark has an extensive career across multiple industries and multiple countries in mining, energy, logistics and entertainment industries. Mark most recently was CFO of a renewable energy company and has held numerous executive roles with BHP, including finance transformation, finance operational leadership and M&A roles. Prior to BHP, Mark held senior finance roles in Australia Post and Village Roadshow.
Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and holds a Bachelor of Business degree.
