Mark is President Finance, including the shared services and payroll functions.
Mark has an extensive executive career across multiple industries and multiple countries in mining, energy, logistics and entertainment industries. Mark most recently was CFO role for Smartest Energy Australia and held numerous senior roles with BHP, including finance transformation, finance operational leadership and M&A roles. Prior to BHP, Mark held senior finance roles in Australia Post.
Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Swinburne University.
