Regional Human Resources Director
As Regional Human Resources Director, Shivika leads the Human Resources function across Linfox International Group.
Shivika has over 15 years of leadership experience across Asia-Pacific in diverse industries.
Her experience and expertise are in transforming and changing HR functions, building business focused HR strategies and delivering effective operational HR processes.
In July 2021, Shivika Bubber was appointed as Regional Human Resources Director for Linfox International Group, reporting directly to the Linfox International Group’s CEO.
Her recent roles include Director Human Resources for SVI Public Co. Ltd and Regional Human Resources Head, APAC for VFS Global.
Previously, Shivika has gained a wealth of experience in different HR roles with leading companies. She has hands-on experience of working with multi-cultural teams and successfully delivering HR processes and projects across APAC.
Originally from India, Shivika is highly qualified with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and an MBA in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources.
