Lindsay Fox AC - Founder

Lindsay Edward Fox was born on 19 April 1937 in Sydney, Australia and went to school in Melbourne at Prahran State School and Melbourne High School.

The son of a truck driver, Lindsay left school at the age of 16 and bought his first truck when he was 19. Today, Linfox is one of the largest Australian based transport and warehousing groups with operations in 10 countries.

Lindsay has extensive involvement in Australian and International circles and apart from his business interests is well recognised and active in sport and charity work.

Peter Fox - Executive Chairman

Peter Fox is the Executive Chairman of Linfox Pty Ltd and Executive Chairman of Armaguard.

Peter was born in Melbourne, the second of six children to Lindsay and Paula Fox. He worked at Mayne Nickless as a trainee cadet, before joining Linfox in Brisbane, as a Trainee Supervisor.

Howard Critchley - Non-Executive Director

Howard Critchley is a Non-executive Member of the Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand Board, with over 35 years’ collective experience in logistics, FMCG and industrial sales and marketing.

Howard’s impressive experience in the logistics sector includes 10 years of multiple CEO roles within CEVA, the world’s second largest integrated logistics company (formerly TNT Logistics) and Eagle (EGL) Logistics.

Dennis Richardson - Non-Executive Director

Former Secretary of the Department of Defence, Dennis Richardson, brings invaluable foreign affairs and government experience to the Linfox Australia Pty Ltd Board.

From 2012 to 2017, Dennis served as the Secretary of the Department of Defence, following almost three years as the Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

Peter is Deputy Chairman of The Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd and a Director of AIA Australia Limited.

Mark is responsible for the day to day running of Linfox Logistics, setting the strategic direction and ensuring that the business is performing at its peak.

Mark Whitworth - General Counsel & Company Secretary

As General Counsel and Company Secretary, Mark is responsible for providing legal advice to the Linfox Board, CEO and business functions across Australia and New Zealand.

In his capacity as Company Secretary, he provides guidance on financial, compliance and governance matters for the Linfox Board and the business generally.

Former Australian Trade Minister Simon Crean brings great expertise and knowledge to the Linfox International Group Board.

Simon has had a distinguished career in Australian Government since 1990 serving as Deputy Leader of the Australian Labor Party and holding a range of key ministerial portfolios including, appropriately, Minister for Trade, Minister for Employment, Education and Training, Minister for Science and Technology and Minister for Primary Industries and Energy.

As CEO Linfox International Group, Greg is responsible for leading supply chain operations in six countries across South East Asia and expanding the company’s footprint in the region.

In his capacity as Director, Linfox Healthcare Greg oversees Linfox Healthcare Logistics – a highly specialised and efficient supply chain service for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical equipment and nutritional products.

Laurie D’Apice - President Human Resources

Laurie is President Human Resources for Linfox Logistics in Australia.

Laurie has extensive experience in Human Resources, Operations and Employee Relations. His career spans more than 25 years and includes work at some of Australia’s leading blue chip enterprises including Qantas, Hawker De Havilland, Mayne Nickless and Aussie Home Loans.

Kylie Fraser - President FMCG

Kylie is responsible for Linfox’s FMCG customers and operations in Australia, developing end-to-end supply chain solutions for some of the world’s best-known FMCG brands and healthcare organisations.

Scott Nicholls - President Resources and Industrial

Scott leads the Resources and Industrial business unit, which provides adaptable end-to-end supply chain solutions to some of Australia’s largest industrial, mining, oil and gas companies.

Ian Strachan - President Intermodal

Ian oversees the provision of interstate transport by road, rail and sea. These services are available to all Linfox customers, including those in the FMCG, Retail, Resources & Industrial sectors and Intermodal’s own customer base.

Intermodal operates depots in each Australian state and commands a powerful strategic network of warehousing and cross docking facilities, ensuring customers benefit from the most efficient logistics options for their needs.

Janet Ang - Chief Financial Officer, Linfox International Group

Also based at the Linfox Asia Regional Head Office, Janet moved into the CFO role in early 2014. Janet has 21 years’ experience in Asian markets and this has enabled her to make a major contribution to the growth of Linfox in the region.

James Evans - Director of Legal and External Affairs - Asia Regional

As Regional Legal Counsel for the Linfox International Group, James oversees all legal, regulatory, compliance and government relations matters in Asia.

Amanda Oldridge - Human Resources Director Regional

Amanda joins Linfox International Group as Regional HR Director in 2017. She has worked in Asia for 25 years within HR consulting, executive coaching, leadership development, training plus academia.

Jeffery Cotterill - Country Manager – Linfox Thailand

Based at the Linfox regional head office in Thailand, Jeffery brings over 15 years’ experience and significant expertise in both the Retail and FMCG sectors.

Barath Ashok - Country Manager, Linfox Malaysia - Country Manager, Linfox Malaysia

Barath joined Linfox India in 2008 and relocated to Malaysia in 2013 to run a regional team focusing on new business implementations and growth. Barath has a natural strength for focusing on service improvements linked with continuous improvement opportunities and has built strong and trustworthy relationships with Linfox customers. Barath was also the CEO’s Award recipient for 2017.

Scott Croll - Vietnam General Director and Regional Director Mekong

Prior to his appointment as Country Manager Vietnam in December 2011, Scott spent 14 years working in several key roles within Linfox across Asia and Australia, including Regional Manager roles in both geographies focusing on the industrial sector. Scott also currently oversees Linfox operations in Hong Kong.

Roger Bayley - Country Manager Linfox Indonesia

Prior to Roger’s appointment as Country Manager Indonesia, Roger was Linfox Group Manager, CUB and Packaging in the FMCG business.
