Our commitment to excellence continues to drive us forward, and this year has brought several significant milestones that underline our dedication to providing tailored logistics solutions for our partners and customers.
As we approach the end of 2024, I am proud to reflect on Linfox’s ongoing achievements across Southeast Asia.
In Malaysia, our team recently secured a three-year transport contract with Arnott’s, a partnership that reinforces our trusted expertise in delivering secure, reliable and efficient logistics services. This collaboration highlights our continued efforts to meet the unique needs of each customer, further strengthening Linfox’s position as a leader in the region.
In Laos PDR, our operations have expanded with a new partnership with Lao Brewery Company, the leading Laos beverage company. This leverages over a decade of experience in Laos PDR mining and agribusiness sectors to deliver cutting-edge solutions in linehaul transport and back-of-factory operations.
Our long-standing partnership with Lotus’s in Thailand also remains a cornerstone of our operations. Recently awarded a five-year fresh food transport contract, we have expanded our fleet with over 200 new vehicles, which will enhance our operational capacity, meet seasonal demand and continue to deliver above expectations.
In Thailand, we introduced specialised compact refrigerated vehicles to our secondary fleet, designed specifically for the cold chain distribution network. These vehicles, equipped with cutting-edge temperature-control technology, are built to navigate Bangkok’s dense urban landscape with ease. By setting a new standard for frozen goods transport, they ensure product quality is maintained from start to finish.
Our commitment to sustainability was further highlighted at the recent Sustainability Expo 2024 in Thailand, where Executive Chairman Linfox International Group, Peter Fox AM represented Australia as the Business Champion to Thailand. During a panel discussion on the ‘Australian Green Economy Mission to Thailand,’ Peter emphasised our dedication to advancing sustainable practices and green energy solutions across Southeast Asia. With Linfox managing over 4,000 vehicles across its own and sub-contractor networks within the region, reducing our carbon footprint remains an essential focus.
Peter also participated as a speaker in a panel discussion on ‘Enhancing Connectivity and Supply Chain Resilience in The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN),’ at the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit 2024 in Laos PDR. Peter and the panel members discussed key strategies to strengthen ASEAN’s supply chains and connectivity, focusing on cross-border projects and partnerships to support regional resilience and economic growth.
Looking ahead, we are excited to launch SAP WMS for HERO and Nabati in Indonesia, further strengthening our technology offerings and operational efficiency.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support. Together, we are not only meeting today’s logistics challenges but also shaping a more sustainable and resilient future.
