Country Manager, Linfox Vietnam and Cambodia
Tomasz Jurzak leads Linfox operations in Vietnam and Cambodia, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Ian Strachan. He is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence and customer partnerships across both markets.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Tomasz has held senior positions across logistics, international freight, contract logistics and FMCG. He has spent over 12 years managing operations in Vietnam, bringing deep local market knowledge and strong commercial insight.
Tomasz has extensive experience across FMCG, consumer electronics, ecommerce, automotive and electric vehicles, managing large-scale operations with full P&L accountability and delivering consistent performance outcomes.
Known for his hands-on, in-depth leadership style, Tomasz excels in running complex logistics environments. He is a specialist in establishing and optimising bonded warehousing operations, consistently achieving strong revenue growth and high service standards.
