Projects Director
Saj is responsible for managing the delivery and execution of key projects across the region for Linfox International Group (LIG). He brings more than 30 years’ experience and significant expertise across FMCG and commercial logistics.
Saj joined Linfox in 2006 and has been responsible for delivering large-scale implementations and growth projects across China, India, Indonesia and Thailand. In his most recent country leadership role, he was responsible for overseeing Linfox Thailand operations as Country Manager.
In 2013, Saj was appointed Country Manager for Linfox Malaysia, where he led a diverse portfolio across the FMCG, retail and industrial sectors. In 2016, Saj took on on a dual role and added Country Manager for Linfox Indonesia to his responsibility and was instrumental in delivering supply chain solutions for Unilever in Indonesia.
At the beginning of 2018, Saj was appointed as Regional Account Director with specific responsibility for growing the Unilever business in the Asia Pacific region. His strong commercial capability supported continuous improvement initiatives, delivered cost and productivity benefits, and enabled the adoption of innovative supply chain platforms with significant value for the customer.
Prior to joining Linfox, Saj commenced his career in the United Kingdom within the industrial sector, where he spent several years in commercial and business improvement roles. He later moved into senior supply chain leadership positions within the FMCG sector, gaining extensive experience across supply planning, logistics and manufacturing operations. His strong performance led to an international assignment in Thailand, where he was appointed to a senior supply chain leadership role at a large-scale manufacturing site, overseeing supply, planning and market logistics operations.
