As Singapore & Malaysia Country Manager, James Marchant leads Linfox’s strategic direction and operational performance across two of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic logistics markets. Reporting to the CEO of Linfox International Group, he is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening cross-border connectivity, and building strong customer partnerships, while upholding the highest standards of safety, reliability and customer excellence.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience across Southeast Asia, Australia and Europe, James has built a career transforming complex logistics and supply chain networks across a wide range of industries. His experience spans e-commerce, contract logistics, fulfilment and transportation, across both in-house and third-party logistics operating models.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and strategic clarity, James excels in building high-performing teams and fostering unified cultures that deliver consistent, customer-focused outcomes. He is recognised for simplifying complexity, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and developing scalable solutions that support long-term business growth.
