As Key Accounts General Manager, Barath Ashok leads Linfox’s largest account in the region, shaping and delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions across multiple countries.
With more than two decades of experience across the Asia-Pacific region, Barath is a transformation-focused leader specialising in network redesign, automation, cold-chain expansion and digital supply chain execution. He brings a strong solution-driven and execution-focused mindset, underpinned by commercial acumen, combining deep operational expertise with technology and data to enhance efficiency, resilience and scalability across complex FMCG operations.
In his current role, Barath partners closely with customers and internal teams to translate strategic priorities into practical, execution-ready solutions ranging from large-scale automation investments to new operating models that improve service performance, cost competitiveness and long-term value creation.
Barath has held senior operational, commercial, country and regional leadership roles within Linfox, with direct accountability for P&L performance, contract structuring and customer value optimisation across both principal-led and outsourced supply chain models.
