Cadet program

The Linfox Cadet Program offers young people the opportunity to gain training and development in a warehouse or transport environment over a two-year period. Many Linfox cadets have successfully grown their careers and moved into frontline management positions.

The program is aimed at young people who don’t have tertiary qualifications and are keen to build a career in warehousing and logistics.

A Linfox cadetship will open doors to a wide range of exciting opportunities across Australia and even the Asia Pacific region. Our cadets are exposed to different areas of the Linfox business to gain a holistic view of our industry and operations.
