Monthly Staff Photo, Video and Story Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
The competition is open to current employees of Linfox who are Australian and New Zealand residents and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and at the time that the prize is awarded. If a winner is no longer eligible or an entry is disqualified, a new winner will be selected at the discretion of Linfox.
Submissions must be original content created by the staff member. All submissions must comply with relevant Linfox policies such as the Linfox Privacy Policy, Linfox Social Media Policy and Linfox photography and videography requirements.
Only one entry per staff member per month is permitted.

2. How to Enter
Submit an original photo, video or story showcasing Linfox culture, events, teamwork, or daily life at work.
Entries must be submitted via https://www.linfox.com/submit-your-photos-and-videos-for-linfox/ by 11:59pm AEST on the final day of each calendar month.
By entering, you confirm that all identifiable individuals in your submission have given their written consent via the consent form to be included and for the content to be shared by the company.

3. Prize
For each month passed, starting from August 2025 until 31 December 2026, early in the following month, one (1) winner will be selected to receive a $50 e-Prezzi gift voucher. The prize will be sent to the winner’s email address by the 14th of that following month. The winner will be selected by a panel appointed by Linfox based on creativity, relevance, and quality.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

4. Use of Submissions
By submitting a photo, video or story, you grant Linfox an irrevocable, world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and sublicence, reproduce, edit, and publish the content (in whole or in part), including but not limited to:

  • On Linfox social media channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
    In internal communications
  • In promotional or marketing material at the discretion of the Communications and Engagement Team
  • You understand and agree that no additional compensation will be provided for this usage, beyond eligibility for the prize.

5. Consent and Privacy
Entries must not infringe the rights (including privacy, moral or intellectual property) of any person.
If your submission features other employees or individuals, you must obtain their consent for both inclusion and publication before submitting (as set out in section 2 above).
Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Linfox’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering the competition and promotional purposes.

6. General Conditions
At all times, Linfox reserves the right to:
Disqualify any entry that breaches these terms, is offensive or inappropriate.
Modify, suspend or cancel the competition either due to circumstances beyond its control or for any reason and at any time.
Verify the validity of entries and the identity of participants.
All decisions made by the judging panel are final (except where Linfox determines that an entrant is not eligible or a submission is disqualified and a new winner is selected). No correspondence will be entered into.
