Investment in automation has been part of our foundation for many years with the introduction of automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), robotic palletisers and goods-to-person order fulfilment solution, to the use of automated guided vehicles (AGVs).

We have the ability to design bespoke solutions or to provide a flexible operating platform, with all the necessary inventory management and order fulfilment functionality. Coupled with the system functionality, Linfox’s operations incorporate a range of picking technologies from voice-directed solutions to pick to light to RF scanning to suit a variety of applications.

Fulfilment

Our fulfilment capability provides a fully integrated service to surprise and delight your customers. Supporting brands with fulfilment to all channels, including to major retailers, wholesalers, eCommerce orders, as well as to marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, by providing storage, pick, pack, dispatch, and last mile services through our integrated carrier network.

A range of support services are on hand to meet your customers’ needs including high-speed fulfilment, ‘pick and pack’ and dispatch services, reverse logistics and track and trace.

Value-added services

Our warehousing solutions incorporate a number of value-added services. With the growing focus on personalisation, our co-packing, kitting and customisation services assist our customers to present shelf-ready products or enhanced consumer experiences.

Returns management is another area of focus in our value-added services. The timely management of product recalls, faulty or damaged products and the provision of minor technical repair services can assist customers in maximising value and minimising product loss.
