As a family business, Linfox has always operated with a deep sense of purpose and responsibility to our people, our customers and our community.

I am proud to share our refreshed company purpose which reinforces our Leading the Way 2025 strategy and embodies the principles that guide the way we work: To create a safe, secure, efficient, sustainable future.

Safety is our top priority in everything we do. This means putting the safety of our people, customers and community first and creating a psychologically safe environment for our people to thrive.

We are steadfast in our commitment to securing the future of our business and the substantial assets entrusted to us by our customers.

We continue to enhance efficiency, working smarter to deliver superior solutions for our customers that enable them to compete more effectively in their markets.

We made our sustainability pledge in 2007 and we continue to strive for carbon neutrality by investing in low/zero emission heavy vehicle fleet, creating sustainable warehouses and moving more freight to rail.

The future is bright. We are firmly focused on building a successful, sustainable business that helps to improve the lives of our communities.

Linfox has just earned Climate Active carbon neutrality certification for its cross-functional logistics facility and state head office in Willawong, Queensland. This sees our vision for carbon neutral operations coming to life across our network.

I was pleased to participate in an industry panel session at the Victorian Government’s Freight Industry Decarbonisation Summit in October. The summit united more than 80 government and industry leaders to discuss the net zero emissions roadmap, and the pathways and challenges to decarbonisation. Collaboration is key to achieving solid decarbonisation outcomes and we appreciate these opportunities to share our learnings.

Driving growth and partnerships

We continue to grow stronger for our customers, committing around $800m in property and infrastructure investments over the next three years. This continues a significant period of property and infrastructure investment to support customer growth and prepare for emerging opportunities.

This year, we celebrated operational go-lives at BevChain’s beverages distribution centre in Maddington, Western Australia and our recently opened Adelaide rail freight terminal facility. In early 2024, we will launch BevChain’s vast new beverage facility in Laverton, Victoria (above).

Linfox hosted valued customers DuluxGroup and Bunnings at the Fox Classic Car Museum, one of many ongoing strategic customer planning sessions.

Linfox maintains the trust of new and existing customers. In recent months we were delighted to welcome new and extended customer partnerships including Coca Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), MSD Australia, Australian Grand Prix Corporation, Myer, The Arnott’s Group, Dulux New Zealand and Lion. New and growing customer partnerships are also boosting our Queensland-based Mining Services division.

These partnerships demonstrate the strength of our Leading the Way 2025 strategy and our commitment to delivering on our promises.

I am grateful for the continued support of our customers. Together, we are shaping a purpose-driven future where our impact extends beyond business.

I wish you a safe and relaxing holiday period.
