- National difference in Chain of Responsibility laws

Fatigue Management Awareness:
- Overview of regulations
- Fatigue options e.g. Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) Standard
- Work diaries
- Fatigue signs and symptoms
- Strategies to address fatigue
Mass and Load Restraint Awareness:
- Roles and responsibilities under Chain of Responsibility
- Weight limits for axles and vehicle dimensions (length/width)
- Restraint types and methods (direct, tie down etc.)
