The Fox family has been fortunate in business and in life, and we passionately believe this comes with a responsibility to use our resources wisely and well.

That means using our time, experience and resources in ways that make a meaningful difference.

Giving was instilled in us by our parents, Lindsay and Paula, from a young age, and it’s something that we intend to carry forward for generations to come.

As my father often says, ‘We’re a family that enjoys giving. You never get poor from giving.’

Linfox and the Fox family have a long history of supporting the community, as an essential service for communities affected by natural disasters or as part of targeted philanthropic giving.

As a family, we have supported the National Gallery of Victoria for more than 20 years and in 2022 the Fox family pledged $100 million towards NGV Contemporary, Australia’s largest gallery of contemporary art and design.

Once complete, The Fox: NGV Contemporary will span 30,000m2, with more than 13,000m2 of public space to display contemporary art and design. The gallery is one step closer to becoming a reality, with the Victorian Government appointing a head contractor in March to commence the main works.

The Paula Fox Melanoma and Cancer Centre at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne opened in 2024.

Last year, we celebrated the opening of the $152.4 million Paula Fox Melanoma and Cancer Centre at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. The centre aims to revolutionise the treatment of melanoma and other cancers by bringing clinical trials, research and care under one roof.

This commemorative edition of Solutions celebrates our commitment to making a difference in people’s lives and today and for future generations.

Sustainability through innovation

Another way we give back is through our ongoing commitment to sustainability. As an industry leader, we play an important role in setting a higher standard for our sector and our customers.

We recently celebrated the arrival of 10 new heavy-duty Volvo electric trucks, with another 20 scheduled for delivery over the next few years. This is Australia’s largest order of heavy-duty battery electric trucks to date.

We’re proud to invest in Australian-made vehicles, not only because it supports local jobs and manufacturing, but because these vehicles are purpose-built for Australia’s demanding conditions.

Linfox was an early adopter of electric vehicles, with trials beginning in 2021. Through our GreenFox program, we continue to gather data, improve performance and scale our electric fleet as we strive for net zero emissions.

Partially funded through the Federal Government’s Driving the Nation fund, the new fleet will help advance the development of a zero-emissions freight and logistics supply chain in Australia.

Supporting growth in Southeast Asia

Across Southeast Asia, we continue to invest in fleet, infrastructure and partnerships to meet growing demand and support customer growth.
In Laos, we’ve deployed 50 custom-designed vehicles to support operations with Lao Brewery Company and enhance our logistics capability in this land-linked country.

These state-of-the-art trailers improve linehaul and factory logistics for Beer Lao and other beverages, improving product integrity, delivery security and operational efficiency.

We’re also establishing new cross-docks in northern Laos, near the Laos–China railway line, to improve delivery times and regional connectivity.
Linfox has proudly operated in Laos since 2012 and was the first non-Laotian logistics company to operate there. We remain committed to expanding our presence and capability in the region.

Strengthening our fleet in Thailand

In Thailand, we’ve introduced 283 new vehicles for our customer, Lotus. Our long-standing partnership spans more than three decades, and we’re honoured to have been awarded a new long-term contract for fresh food transport.

The expanded fleet, aligned with our GreenFox sustainability initiative, includes Euro 5 vehicles designed to reduce environmental impact while improving delivery efficiency and better meeting seasonal demand.

This investment strengthens our ability to deliver safe, cost-effective and responsive transport solutions for one of Thailand’s largest retail networks.

Enabling quick service restaurant growth

Thailand’s quick service restaurant market continues to experience strong growth, largely driven by young urban consumers with a preference for quick and convenient dining options.

In Bangkok, construction is progressing on our state-of-the-art, multi-temperature warehouse for our customer, Minor Food Group.

Set to open later this year, the 19,000m2 facility will feature 34 loading bays and capacity for 28,000 pallets, with temperature-controlled zones ranging from -25°C to 20°C.

This investment reinforces our position in the fast-growing cold chain and quick service restaurant sectors in Thailand.

Thank you to all our customers for your continued support, and particularly, your joint commitment to sustainability.
