A stronger supply chain

Linfox International Group proudly celebrated the second group to complete the Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP), a structured, multi-phase leadership program designed to equip emerging leaders with capabilities to drive performance and deliver outstanding service.

Regional Human Resource Director, Linfox International Group Shivika Bubber said, “Investing in leadership is investing in organisational success. The Leadership Acceleration Program ensures that our leaders have the vision, skills and confidence to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency and deliver excellent service to our customers.”

Building leaders who drive customer value

The four-month LAP program brought together 28 leaders across Linfox Asia, providing them with in-depth training through in-person and virtual workshops, peer learning, coaching and hands-on business projects. The program focused on three key areas:

  • Leadership and operational excellence: To effectively manage people and optimise operations. By focusing on skills such as active listening, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement, the program ensures our leaders are prepared to make informed decisions that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement: Participants collaborate to identify and present solutions to real business challenges to the Linfox Executive Leadership Team. These initiatives encourage forward-thinking ideas, strengthen problem-solving abilities and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Customer experience: LAP ensures Linfox leaders are equipped to proactively address challenges, foster collaboration and refine processes that enhance efficiency and service reliability.
