BevChain won the trust of Woolworths Group’s supply chain arm Primary Connect to manage warehousing from its liquor DC in the new Kemps Creek, New South Wales precinct.
The new 35,000 square-metre, state-of-the-art liquor DC opened in early 2023 and services more than 400 Dan Murphy’s and BWS outlets across New South Wales.
More than 150 new leadership, specialist and frontline warehouse roles were created to support the partnership, increasing BevChain’s strong presence across Greater Sydney.
“We are excited about this new agreement with our valued customer, which speaks to the trusted reputation earned by BevChain with our partner Woolworths Primary Connect,” said Linfox President BevChain, Misha Shliapnikoff.
“BevChain’s beverage expertise, scale and agility makes us an ideal partner for Primary Connect in the beverage market,” he said.
“The new Primary Connect site further reinforces our logistics capability at a time when robust supply chains become increasingly important across Australia.”
