Linfox has two governing Boards chaired by Peter Fox: Linfox Australia Pty Ltd and Linfox International Group Pty Ltd. Both Boards include key representatives from finance, government, legal and business. Peter Fox AM
Peter Fox AM is the Executive Chairman of Linfox Pty Ltd, Linfox Australia Pty Ltd, Linfox International Group Pty Ltd and Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd. He held a wide range of roles across the Linfox business in operational and management positions before his appointment as Executive Chairman in 1993.
Mark Mazurek
As CEO Linfox Australia and New Zealand, Mark is responsible for leading the largest privately-owned logistics company in Asia Pacific to achieve its vision to be Australia and New Zealand’s most trusted logistics partner.
Michael Pickard
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Michael is responsible for the finance and commercial function across Australia and New Zealand. Michael has more than 20 years’ experience in senior management and finance roles in the logistics, office supplies and pharmaceutical sectors.
Janine Ferguson
Janine Ferguson is currently the Company Secretary of Linfox Pty Ltd, Linfox International Group Pty Ltd, Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd and Joint Company Secretary of Linfox Australia Pty Ltd.
Janine has significant experience in company secretariat, corporate governance, financial, wealth management and advice to private family groups.
Andrew Fox
Andrew Fox is a Non-Executive Director of the Linfox Australia Pty Ltd, Linfox International Group Pty Ltd and Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd boards. Andrew is the Managing Director of Linfox Property Group Pty Ltd, a director of Fox Group Holdings Pty Ltd and numerous other subsidiaries.
David Fox
David Fox is a Non-Executive Director of the Linfox Australia Pty Ltd, Linfox International Group Pty Ltd and Linfox Armaguard Pty Ltd boards.
In January 2001 David was appointed to the role of Managing Director, Linfox Airports Pty Ltd, and then in 2008 appointed Executive Chairman where he currently oversees the airport management and business opportunities.
Bill Kelty AC
Bill Kelty AC is a Non-executive Director of the Linfox Group, bringing more than 30 years' experience in industrial relations.
He is also Director of Virtual Communities and Director of Luna Park, Melbourne.
Bill was awarded a Companion of the Order of Australia in 2008 and has a degree in economics from Latrobe University in Victoria.
Howard Critchley
Howard Critchley is a Non-executive Member of the Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand Board, with over 35 years’ collective experience in logistics, FMCG and industrial sales and marketing.
Howard’s impressive experience in the logistics sector includes 10 years of multiple CEO roles within CEVA, the world’s second largest integrated logistics company (formerly TNT Logistics) and Eagle (EGL) Logistics.
Dennis Richardson AC
Former Secretary of the Department of Defence, Dennis Richardson, brings invaluable foreign affairs and government experience to the Linfox Australia Pty Ltd Board.
From 2012 to 2017, Dennis served as the Secretary of the Department of Defence, following almost three years as the Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

As one of Australia’s leading business figures, Peter Yates AM FTSE FAICD brings a wealth of experience to the Linfox Australia Pty Ltd Board.
Peter is Deputy Chairman of The Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd and a Director of AIA Australia Limited.
Mark Whitworth
As General Counsel and Company Secretary Linfox Logistics Australia and New Zealand, Mark is responsible for providing legal advice to the Linfox Board, CEO and business functions across Australia and New Zealand.
In his capacity as Company Secretary, he provides guidance on financial, compliance and governance matters for the Linfox Board and the business generally.

As President Retail, Simon is responsible for Linfox’s Retail operations across Australia, managing supply chain solutions for leading grocery and department store retailers across the nation.

Albert brings with him over 15 years’ experience in the Asia Pacific region in senior operations, commercial and business development roles across multiple sectors within the logistics and transportation industry.

As Country Manager, Brendon is responsible for Linfox Logistics’ business operations in Laos and Cambodia. Brendon brings nearly 10 years of local and international experience including significant expertise leading logistics operations for large FMCG, mining and agri-business customers.
