The longstanding Linfox Chairman’s and CEO’s Awards recognise Linfox team members as the people behind our winning customer supply chains.
This year’s awards recognised two Linfox senior leaders for their outstanding performance and leadership, alignment with our LIFT values of loyalty, integrity, fairness and trust, and the strong delivery of key strategic imperatives.
The awards offer them a transformative opportunity to undertake further studies at some of the world’s most prestigious learning locations.

Linfox Chairman’s Award 2023
Linfox Retail General Manager Coles, Tim Trewin, has been awarded this year’s Chairman’s Award.
While based in Retail, Tim’s role involves significant collaboration with the Linfox Intermodal, BevChain and Consumer and Healthcare Group teams.
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tim played a vital role in leading interactions with government to develop processes and procedures that ensured Linfox distribution centres remained operational,” said Peter.
His ability to bring teams together with a common purpose demonstrates a strong commitment to achieve together.
“Tim’s leadership Linfox and our customer Coles to grow stronger, navigating partnership renewals, distribution centre transitions and new growth opportunities,” he said.
Pleasingly, Linfox was named 2022 Supply Chain Partner of the Year Award at the Coles Group Supplier Awards.
Tim plays a critical role in sustaining and growing Coles to support Linfox’s continued growth and success in line with the Linfox Leading the Way 2025 business strategy.
Linfox CEO’s Award 2023
The 2023 CEO’s Award was awarded to Tim Elliott, Resources and Industrial General Manager Bulk Liquids.
As a leader, Tim offers strong people management skills and guidance, with his commercial acumen contributing to better, more efficient customer solutions.
“Tim’s genuine care for his team was evident during the COVID-19 pandemic when the team faced multiple challenges resulting from the decreased consumer demand for fuel,” said CEO Linfox Australia and New Zealand, Mark Mazurek.
“He is a strong champion of our Be Safer ethos and our LIFT values.”
Tim’s Think Customer approach has seen him develop strong customer relationships, which he manages with integrity and fairness. These strong relationships have allowed him to successfully negotiate new agreements, solve difficult challenges, and uncover new efficiencies.
