Linfox Logistics Graduate Program recruitment process
The Linfox Logistics Graduate Program recruitment process follows these stages:
1. Group Interview
The group interview will be an opportunity for us to meet you and for you to learn more about the Linfox Graduate Program. You will be given a number of thought provoking and challenging exercises to complete.
2. Panel Interview
The panel interview will consist of frontline managers, senior leaders and the graduate hiring manager.
Reference Checks
Two reference checks will be conducted for all candidates successful in the panel interview.
3. Final Interview
The final interview takes place with an executive leader of the business.
