Linfox Logistics Graduate Program recruitment process
The application process for the 2012 Linfox Graduate Program has commenced.
The Linfox Graduate Program recruitment process follows these stages:
1. Online Application
To be considered for the 2012 Linfox Graduate Program, you are required to apply online. Please submit your details and resume via the 'Click here to apply' link below. We appreciate your patience.
2. Group Interview
The group interview will be an opportunity for us to meet you and for you to learn more about the Linfox Graduate Program. You will be given a number of thought provoking and challenging exercises to complete.
3. Panel Interview
The panel interview will consist of frontline managers, senior leaders and the Graduate hiring manager. Following the panel interview, two reference checks will be conducted for all candidates progressing to the final interview stage.
4. Final Interview
The final interview may be broken down into two meetings; one at a Linfox operational site with Site Management and the second with an Executive leader of the business.
5. Application Outcome
The Graduate hiring manager will contact you, regardless of the success of your application, to inform you of the recruitment process outcome. Should you be successful in securing a position, the Graduate Program will commence in February 2012.
