How many graduates do you take every year?

Every year the number of graduates we take depends on the available opportunities in the business.

What kind of people are you looking for?

At Linfox we accept students from a variety of study backgrounds. We believe it is important to find the right type of person and the right fit for our business. We have had very successful graduates with backgrounds as diverse as business, logistics to agricultural science degrees.

Where will I be working?

Linfox graduates can find themselves based in any Linfox managed site. Although some sites may not have any of the iconic Linfox branding visible from the street, more often than not graduates are based in customer operational sites which are situated right across Australia. Opportunities also arise for graduates to spend one rotation in a commercial / shared service role in one of our state Head Offices, such as the Linfox Global Head Office at Essendon Fields in Melbourne, Victoria. We also have offices in New South Wales and other major Australian capital cities.

Our customer operational sites are located all over Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia and China.  

What have graduates from previous years achieved?

Our graduates have gone on to many areas of business. One graduate began in the Sydney program and three years later became the Linfox Logistics' Operations Manager in Vietnam. More about what Linfox employees say.

What development opportunities do you offer?

Linfox Logistics offers a range of hands-on training and development as well as professional development courses and education programs. Employees may have the opportunity to work in a range of operations and may have the opportunity to travel overseas.
