The Linfox Graduate Program is an exciting eighteen-month development program. Graduates are given real jobs and assist in projects impacting directly on the business. The Graduate Program is a rotational program. Each rotation provides considerable time for learning ‘on-the-job’ skills across business operations. Graduates gain experience that gives them a practical understanding of a supply chain business.

Education and development

We provide a structured induction program to give graduates an overview of our logistics business and an opportunity to meet their fellow successful Linfox graduates. Roles are structured to provide clear cut responsibilities, allow measurement of graduates' progress and to provide opportunities for further development.
