The Linfox Graduate Program is an exciting, 18-month development program. The operations-based program focuses on transport logistics, warehousing and distribution, and leadership capabilities. Linfox’s size and scope allows us to offer a diverse range of opportunities for graduates in a customer focussed, results oriented, and successful Australian business.

Each six-month workplace rotation offers considerable time to master on-the-job skills and gain a practical understanding of the supply chain and logistics business. Graduates receive real jobs in projects that impact directly on the business.

Education and development

A comprehensive Induction Week provides graduates with an overview of the logistics business and a chance to meet fellow Linfox graduates. The progress of each graduate is tracked throughout the Program to identify areas for further development and potential learning opportunities through Linfox College.

Key development areas include: organisational knowledge; leadership and management skills; interpersonal skills and professional development. Linfox graduates are supported by the Linfox College Program Manager, mentors and buddies, rotational managers and their peers.
