Linfox Logistics Operations Training provides tailored logistics and transport solutions to employees. The program trains employees to effectively meet operational needs and aligns them with all Linfox Vision ZERO safety standards.

Training, education and career development

The team provides training in Certificate III in Transport and Distribution, Road Transport, Warehousing and Storage, Administration and Cash in Transit. It is accredited by the Victorian and NSW Governments for issuing Heavy Vehicle Licence tests and conducts a wide variety of driver training programs.

The team’s training programs include: induction, assessment of vocational skills and any other program that may be required.

Eco-Drive

Eco-Drive is a Linfox driver training program aimed at helping the environment, reducing fuel use and lowering the risk of motor vehicle accidents. Eco-Drive teaches ten key techniques including driving in the lane of least resistance, using the appropriate gear and avoiding heavy braking. These techniques can make a big difference to fuel consumption, and can reduce carbon emissions. The program also makes the road safer and less stressful for our drivers.
