Linfox College

Linfox College is a resouce for Linfox employees to gain further education. The College has more than 400 Online and classroom courses that teach management skills, project management, accounting and Microsoft Office applications.

More than 1,600 users regularly access online services including a library of online books. The College teaches tertiary qualifications such as the Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management and the Diploma of Business.

Graduate and cadet programs

Our graduate and cadet programs offer university graduates and school leavers the opportunity to work and learn in the logistics industry. Our programs ensure that young people get a rounded education in the logistics industry.

Leadership Learning

The College runs successful Management Development Programs that teach site managers across Linfox’s operations practical and conceptual skills in safety, leadership, project management, team development and finance.

Driver training

At Linfox we invest in our people and the safety of our employees. Our operational training group works with drivers to enhance their driving skills, teach safety procedures and maintain Linfox’s high working standards.
