Linfox Logistics Cadet Program recruitment process
The Cadet recruitment process follows these stages:
1. Group Interview
The group interview will be an opportunity for us to meet you and for you to learn more about the Linfox Cadet Program. You will be given a number of fun group exercises to complete.
2. Panel Interview
The panel can consist of frontline managers, senior leaders and the graduate hiring manager.
3. Final Interview
The final interview will take place on a Linfox operational site with a frontline manager.
4. Reference Check
References provided by the applicant will be contacted.
