Linfox Logistics Cadet Program recruitment process
The Cadet Program recruitment process follows these stages:
1. Determine Eligibility
So what makes an ideal cadet?
20-23 years of age (ideally with one to three years' work experience) Completion of Year 12 CertificateA driver's licenceRespect for the Linfox drug and alcohol policyA passion for the logistics industry and a zest to develop and grow
In 2012, Linfox will see cadets placed in the Eastern Creek region of New South Wales. In order to be eligible for the Linfox Cadet Program, you are required to attend a public information session. Information regarding the sessions will be posted on the Linfox website when available.
2. Group Panel Interview
A group interview will be arranged with a panel of senior leaders, frontline managers and the cadet hiring manager.
3. Final Interview
The final interview will take place on a Linfox operational site with a frontline manager.
4. Referee Checks
If necessary, referees provided by the applicant will be contacted.
How to apply
Please note that applications are now open for the 2012 Linfox Cadet Program. It is important to note that cadets will only be placed in New South Wales and in no other states.
