Key market segments

The Industrial business unit has two key working areas:

Resources

The Resources sector encompasses metals, mining, petroleum, chemicals and gases. We provide purpose-built road, rail and sea equipment to optimise Linfox customers’ supply chains. Services range from innovative upstream solutions at remote mining locations to site deliveries where on-time performance is paramount.

The sector also covers petroleum and chemicals, operating more than 300 dedicated vehicles that range from rigid vehicles to triple road trains. Each year our team delivers six billion litres of dangerous goods and provides more than 60,000 square metres of warehousing space for our customers.

Wood, Packaging, Print Solutions and Event Management

Linfox services some of the world’s largest manufacturers of Wood Products, Paper and Packaging materials in Australia and New Zealand. It provides load scheduling and dispatch, local and long haul road freight, warehousing, cross docking, raw product collection, container management and freight forwarding.
