Kraft Foods Australia has reappointed Linfox to manage its national warehouse operations in Melbourne.
Kraft is the world’s second largest food producer with operations in 170 countries.
Linfox National Manager Ken Brown said Linfox and Kraft have worked closely for more than five years to bring efficient systems to the iconic food producer’s national warehouse.
“A new DC is under construction in Derrimut in Melbourne to better facilitate Kraft’s market growth,” said Ken.
“Linfox has been part of the project team to develop the new site, providing expert advice on safety, warehouse management IT systems and security.”
“We’ll bring our LeanFox continuous improvement culture with us to the new site to ensure the training in Lean systems is smoothly transferred.”
