Linfox CEO Michael Byrne announced Ryan Pond as the 2012 Graduate of the Year at our Graduate Conference in July.

Ryan joined Linfox in February 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Business in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Griffith University in New South Wales.

During his 18 month rotation he worked with Linfox customers Franklins and Arnott’s and spent six months at the Linfox Pharmaceutical Group (LPG).

“I’ve gained a solid understanding of the business and the technical training complemented my real-world experience,” said Ryan.

Michael Byrne presented completion certificates to 15 graduates at the conference which involved community volunteering, professional development activities and an awards dinner.
