In a largely male dominated industry, Linfox Thailand boasts five female drivers in its team.
Linfox Thailand Operations Manager Kevin Lloyd said, “It’s not a job that many women apply for in Thailand. The five we do have are great contributors to our business.”
Patchareerat Marsri and Tanaporn Sangthong drive six and 10 wheel vehicles in our Hyper/Super/Value fresh operations for Tesco and Mali Kratudnak and Yanisa Puangjanhom drive pickups for Tesco Express stores.
Soraya Pailor has worked with Linfox for 10 years and drives a prime mover in Tesco’s ambient operations based at Linfox’s Sam Khok DC.
Kevin said, “I am hopeful that more women join our drivers’ ranks in the near future.”
