Norbert Schutt oversees Linfox’s Arnott’s operations at Huntingwood and Yennora, in New South Wales.
“My journey with Linfox started in April 1990 when I was a 22 year old looking for a future with a good company. I worked as a truck driver for Linfox at Carlton United Breweries driving rigid trucks around the Sydney metro area.”
Norbert continued his journey working for other Linfox customers such as Coca Cola, Woolworths and Coles, driving semi trailers and B-doubles before moving to management roles in 2002.
He said of our work with Arnott’s, “We provide the complete supply chain package for Arnott’s. From managing two warehouse facilities to providing a total transport solution with our customer’s overall requirements, Linfox is a one-stop-shop.”
Linfox manages most of Arnott’s supply chain needs across Australia.
Norbert said, “My motto is ‘Changing culture has its rewards’. I am very proud of working with people who are passionate about their jobs, and being able to coach, lead, develop and allow them to reach their full potential; never forgetting that our people are our greatest asset.”
