Linfox is poised to support Aspen Australia achieve its Australian growth plans through its range of pharmaceutical supply chain services.
Aspen Australia recently acquired Sigma Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Ltd, cementing the organisation as the nation’s leading pharmaceutical company by volume of scripts generated and filled.
Aspen CEO, Greg Lan said the company’s Sigma acquisition and Australian growth plans hinged on the robustness of its decade-long partnership with Linfox.
“Linfox is now setting the benchmark in pharmaceutical distribution to wholesalers, and we look forward to further collaboration as we integrate the Sigma business,” said Greg.
“Linfox will help consolidate the bigger volumes in our business and continue its logistics priorities of providing warehouse and distribution services.”
Linfox Logistic’s pharmaceutical solution provides customers with a full range of supply chain services.
The company provides a high security temperature controlled site, a cold store facility and two registered vaults for Schedule 8 products. Linfox uses freight carriers which specialise in high security, less than full truck loads, carton freight, air freight and temperature sensitive freight.
