The Linfox FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) team at Mars Petcare, Wodonga won our customer’s Supplier of the Year 2010 at an awards ceremony recently.
Linfox also received Mars Petcare’s Ensuring Responsibility of Supply award at the function.
The annual presentation night was attended by Kathryn Fagg, President FMCG, Adrian Leach, VP FMCG, Anthony Aloisio, National Manager FMCG and Andrew Johnstone, Site Manager at Linfox Wodonga.
Kathryn Fagg said, “The award recognises client demands, productivity development, safe behaviour and relationship building. I am very proud of our Wodonga team for their tireless effort.”
Site Manager Andrew Johnstone says, “I presented the award to all shifts on site as this is definitely a team award. The Linfox team contributed to the improvements we delivered for our customer so the award truly belongs to the Linfox people.”
Linfox started working for Mars Petcare in September 2008 and has since received numerous nominations and three awards.
Alastair Bass, National Logistics and Planning Manager Mars Petcare, said, “This award recognises the significant efforts the Linfox team has made in improving the Wodonga operation. It highlights a very strong safety & continuous-improvement culture."
