Linfox CEO, Michael Byrne appointed two Acting Business Unit Presidents as part of the company’s recent restructure.

Greg Thomas (pictured) was appointed Acting President of Linfox’s FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Business Unit. Greg is responsible for delivering supply chain solutions for the food, personal care, dairy, tobacco, beverage, pharmaceutical and health care product sectors.

He said, “The FMCG team oversees sophisticated warehouse and transport operations for some of the Asia Pacific region’s leading businesses. We are also developing new business in key Asian growth markets, including India, Indonesia and Vietnam.”

As Acting President Resources & Industrial, Brendan O’Sullivan is responsible for the Business Unit’s operations across the Asia Pacific region.

He said, “I am privileged to lead the team developing Linfox’s exciting new work for Australia’s booming oil, gas and mining industries. We also have a strong pipeline of growth opportunities in our petroleum, chemicals, print and industrial sectors across Asia Pacific to pursue.”

Brendan received the 2009 CEO’s Award for leading significant change in business performance improvement and reporting along with his involvement in winning new business for the Business Unit.
