Linfox China recently sponsored a tree planting initiative in Shanghai’s Qungpu District.
The Linfox team in Shanghai participated in the planting, which is a vital reafforestation program in one of the most rapidly growing cities in the world.
“Obviously, there is still a lot of work to do to balance China’s growth with environmental sustainability, but we are proud to be part of this process,” said Reese Sun, Linfox’s Acting Country Manager China.
Linfox partnered with the global ‘The Greenbelt Movement’ which was founded in 2004 by Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Wangari Maathai. The Greenbelt Movement is spreading its reafforestation program worldwide.
Linfox has operations in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and in Xinjiang in China’s north west.
