Linfox’s Sean Ter and Unilever China’s Ji Chen are participating in a unique employee exchange program.
Ji and Sean will each spend six months in Australia and China respectively to learn more about our companies.
Sean, a Linfox Graduate, will complete his second of three workplace rotations at Unilever in China. He says, “I will be rotating between Shanghai, Beijing and Cheng Du.”
Sean continues, “This experience will greatly benefit my own but also Linfox’s understanding of Unilever in the process of creating a complete supply chain solution for our customer.”
Ji is part of the Management Trainee program with Unilever in China. She joined Unilever in 2009 and her time with Linfox will also form one of her workplace rotations.
She says, “Logistics in China is not yet as advanced and mature as it is in Australia, this is an opportunity to improve myself and Unilever’s operations.”
