I am pleased to announce that Kathryn Fagg will join Linfox Logistics as President FMCG and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to me. Kathryn’s first day with us will be 27 January 2009.

Kathryn has an impressive senior executive career and an understanding of our industry and our customers’ supply chain needs.

Most recently Kathryn was President, BlueScope Steel Asia. In that role, she had responsibility for major operations in five countries and was based in Singapore. She was also Chairman of Tata BlueScope Steel in India, a joint venture between BlueScope and Tata Steel and a major Linfox customer.

Before managing BlueScope Steel Asia, Kathryn was President, BlueScope Building and Logistics Solutions, with responsibility for BlueScope Lysaght Australia, BlueScope Water, as well as Logistics, International Markets, Information Systems and Brand Management.

Kathryn also held senior management positions with ANZ in Australia and New Zealand and prior to that worked with leading global management consultancy, McKinsey & Co. She originally commenced her professional career as a petroleum engineer with Esso Australia.

Kathryn brings strong management capability, with logistics and regional experience to our largest and most diverse Business Unit.
