ATM Services

Armaguard provides a range of ATM services for all types of ATMs from large bank-owned ATMs through to smaller merchant units.

Cash Replenishment

Armaguard can provide a secure cash replenishment service. At the Armaguard branch, cash is prepacked into exchange cassettes for an ATM.

At the time of replenishment, our guards replace the cassettes in the ATM with the exchange cassettes, and the ATM is reset and reconciled. The removed cassettes are returned to our processing branch where the funds are counted, reconciled and deposited into a nominated bank account on the next business day.

This service is provided for all types of ATMs, from large bank-owned ATMs through to the smaller merchant units.

Malfunction Response (or First Level Response)

Armaguard can provide a first level response malfunction service which includes cleaning, replacement of consumables, and rectifying basic malfunctions in the machine. This service can also include a guard service when a technician is required for more complex repairs.

Cash Management

The Armaguard cash management system electronically tracks individual ATM usage and analyses the data. This information is then used to establish optimum restock frequency and restock levels to reduce costs for the ATM owner.

Cash Funding

Through arrangements with partner banks Armaguard is able to provide funding service for the ATM Deployer (merchant) market.
